My Enzo Debit card has been lost or stolen.
First lock your card to make sure it is secured from any unauthorized use.
Tap the Cards tab on the Home screen and select your physical debit card, then tap Get New Card. When you order a new card through the app and report it as lost or stolen, we’ll immediately cancel the card and issue you a new card with new card details.
My Enzo Debit card is damaged and no longer working properly.
Report it as damaged when ordering a new card and we'll immediately issue you a new card. Your existing card will remain active so that you keep using it while your new card arrives.
I want a new Virtual Card.
You can also request a new virtual card at any time. Tap the Cards tab on the Home screen, swipe to virtual card, then tap Get New Virtual Card.
