How do I dispute a transaction?
If you believe there is an error with a transaction on your account or do not recognize the transaction, let us know as soon as possible. Transactions made with your Enzo Debit Card and ACH transactions need to be handled in different ways.
For card transactions
Open the transaction in the Enzo app and tap "Report an Issue". Then tap “Call 1-833-333-0391” to call our customer service center. Alternatively, you can dial that number directly at any time. Our customer service center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you don't recognize the transaction, we also recommend temporarily locking your card as an extra layer of security for your account. This can be done by tapping the “lock card” button on the Cards tab.
For ACH transactions
Open the transaction in the Enzo app and tap "Report an Issue". Then tap the “Email Customer Support” to email our customer service center. Be sure to answer the questions in the email as best as you can so that we can help resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We typically respond to our emails within 24 hours.
