If you're having issues with transferring money to or from your Enzo Deposit Account, please try the following steps:
- Force close/quit the app and reopen it.
- Check if you're on the latest version available on the App Store or Play Store, and update to it if you aren't.
- Unlink and relink the account you're having issues with. Tap "Change Bank/Source" and swipe left on the connected account to unlink it. Then tap "Add New Bank/Funding Source" and connect the account through Plaid.
